Being a staff member of St Joseph's School is a rewarding experience. The school welcomes new staff through an induction program that supports new staff to learn about our Catholic ethos and Josephite tradition, the school’s development plan, routines and expectations. Staff are also supported through an extensive professional learning program which are linked to individual career goals and the school’s objectives.
