Physical Education/ Health
Physical Education has a strong focus on personal and social health and wellbeing. Values and attitudes learned in Physical Education promote the integration of physical, social, emotional, environmental and spiritual dimensions of living.
Each child has a 40-minute lesson per week, as well as integrating swimming lessons and self-defence classes to give the students to a more diverse range of physical exercise.
Physical Education is also offered as an extra curricular option. Students may participate in before and after school training for a variety of SAPSASA and SACPSSA carnivals and Out Of School Hours Sports.
